es wurden keine handtücher gewechselt obwohl wir darum gebeten haben die duschtür war defekt der aufzug im hauptgebäude war defekt nur ein weinglas keine parkplätze

We arrived 3pm on our first day for our 50th wedding anniversary to be without any hot water for 2.5 days out of 4 . Cold showers is not pleasant at all , we reported this to be told maintainance will be coming ,problem not fixed until the 3rd day in the evening . Sun cream does not wash off easy with cold water. We were offered to shower in the indoor swimming pool showers on the 3rd day. This spoilt what should have been a special time for us . Not happy
