Great studio with amazing views

The studio was tastefully decorated and had all amenities needed. We loved that we could make a cup of coffee in the morning. Beds were comfy, good shower. Great little studio, even had a fridge/freezer and washing machine. It has an awesome view and is located at a quiet location but only a 5-10 mins walk away from the town’s center.

Communication re checkin beforehand was terrible. They kept sending the same missing with a link to check in that was being removed by booking.com. No answers to my questions re checkin, and was getting a bit worried, but once we arrived at reception the actual checkin was a breeze (please review your processes).

Sorry it was only one night

Location was perfect with a beautiful seaview. The studio apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. All details were well thought out with the small exception of the placement of the showerhead. It was far too high to reach. The breakfast was very good for 6 euros, a nice spread of hot and cold options and good coffee. The TV had endless options, including Netflix, and a variety of languages. Something for everyone

Information about where to collect the keys would be appreciated. We had to wander around for a while in search. We were not told that we had to check in at the Vistamar Wellness in order to collect keys for Vistamar Colors. The bed was a little too firm and the pillow was lumpy.

50th wedding spoilt

We arrived 3pm on our first day for our 50th wedding anniversary to be without any hot water for 2.5 days out of 4 . Cold showers is not pleasant at all , we reported this to be told maintainance will be coming ,problem not fixed until the 3rd day in the evening . Sun cream does not wash off easy with cold water. We were offered to shower in the indoor swimming pool showers on the 3rd day. This spoilt what should have been a special time for us . Not happy

Excellent but you need to know some features

Amazing seaview, everything is new and worked well. The staff is really nice, friendly, helpful. It was super nice to be able to use the hotel's pools and gym. However, the outdoor pool is very small.

There is a road just near the apartment, it's not big but still if you want a totally quiet place, this is not it. The apartment is near the sea, but not the beach, to get to the beach you need to walk for at least 10 minutes. You have to be ready to buy everything by yourself to use the washing machine or dishwasher, there was nothing to clean the room, so also you have to buy it additionally. The town is a bit hilly. I didn't like local restaurants, they were expensive and the food was average or bad. The hotel is mostly full of pensioners.

Brilliant views, apartments as promised. Would recommend.

Location and views were stunning. Within an easy walk of everywhere in vilajoyosa. I would recommend it to anyone. Facilities were as promised. As someone who had not stayed in Spain before the shutters were excellent at keeping the room cool and light out.

On booking.com it was not apparent that the apartments were linked to the vistamar hotel and we would need to get the keys from there. It’s not a big deal as only 100m max down the road.

We loved this.

Very modern and clean place with a helpful owner. There were two bathrooms which was extra nice! And the view to the ocean was also great. We felt very comfortable.

Can't really complain about anything. Maybe the lack of balcony can be disappointing for someone, but the big roof-area is easy to go. At night time there was a little bit noise from the street but nothing too annoying.

Nothing to dislike really just a couple of “suggestions”. Provide some washing up materials and washing machine soap. A chopping board would be good Put the bottle of “welcome water” in the fridge. These really are “nit picky” but would be an improvement to an already quality experience.

Nice and fresh appartement. With everything you need. Jacuzzi on the roof. The hotel close by gives extra facilities like the reception, gym and two swimmingpools. Best of both worlds: apartment and hotel. The service is great! They help with everything. I loved the Spanish tiles in the appartement that gave a bit of color.

There was nothing in the kitchen: no sponge, soap, dish cloth, salt, oil. We had to buy everything. If you stay for a week, that’s no problem though.

Exceptional

Location is great, at one end of Villajoyosa but not far to walk into the town or along the front where there are many restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and has everything that you might want if you are staying for any length of time including washer/dryer and dishwasher. We were only there for 3 days and ate out all of the time so we did not use either. The bed is very comfortable and the view amazing. The pool on the roof is a small dip pool, again we did not use this as it was not warm enough. We would definitely stay here again.

Location excellent! Walking distance from the beach, shops, coffee shop, trenet station. Beautiful and brand new studio with every comfort you need. Views are stunning! Comfortable bed. Freshly washed linen and towels. Out of hours check in possible via self system. Friendly staff.
