NIU Line - Be Line Group

El a apartamento tenía todo lo necesitarío. Fuimos dos adultos y dos bebes y hemos estado súper bien. Nos prepararon dos tronas.. la limpieza inmejorable.. las instalaciones, faltaba detalle alguno, por no decir la ubicación perfecta, cerca la playa y el paseo marítimo.

Era todo perfecto.

De snelle communicatie en de goede service. Ook was de appartement heel schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Uitstekend plek! voor herhaling vatbaar.

The studio apartment is lovely, love the decor. It’s spotless, staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable, excellent customer care. The property is a 5-10 minute walk to old town, beach but retains a local Spanish feel with a super cafe close by “Maja” and a small but well stocked. Eurospar supermarket Loved our stay.

Not a dislike for us as we like walking but steep paved bank to beach. Also just a suggestion perhaps provide a brush to sweep floor between room cleans.

The apartment itself was clean. The air conditioning was working well.

The apartments are very basic & very overpriced! There is no balcony to any of the apartments & if you’re out the front you get a view of the street & if you’re out the back you get a builders yard (with building workers noise from 7:30am-6pm at night)! The terrace had just 4 sunbeds & 6 chairs & is around 15ft length & width, this to accommodate at least 40 apartments!!! Astounding. The pool is tiny (would fit 5 people in it at any one time). Not fit for purpose, no adequate outside space & no rest as builders noise early morning & all day long. Did speak to Jose (reception) who advised nothing could be done wow. Have complained to booking. com-still waiting for a response from them 4 days later!!! This place is very expensive for what you get, we left a day earlier than expected & had to fund this to go elsewhere as it was so horrendous!
