A beautiful and charming surprise facing the Mediterranean Sea.

It's a small beachfront house, with a ground floor and three floors + a terrace on the top floor, with exceptional sunrise views and a quiet beach, which for the Spanish autumn, is perfect in terms of climate and number of tourists.

Well, if your legs aren't up to the task of climbing steep stairs, this isn't the ideal option for you. But if stairs aren't a problem, it's perfect for a few days at the beach in Villa Joyosa.

The house is so cute and so clean. I loved the shower room downstairs so you didn't bring sand up the stairs. The location was amazing! I loved having a swim early in the morning before breakfast. so close to the beach

Too many stairs for us, especially with young kids - the property is over 4 floors. We definitely got a good work out. Can be a bit noisy right in the centre of town. Local food isn’t particularly great either, but it is fairly cheap.

This is the most beautiful, quirky house with everything you could want and more - towels, bedding, chairs for the beach, board games etc. Sitting on the balcony watching the sea and sunrise was amazing and you are literally 30 seconds walk to the beach. So many restaurants and cafes close by and the tiny streets of the old town are just around the corner. We walked up to the Creuta tram stop from where is so easy and cheap to head up (or down) the coast.

Everything about the house is fantastic. It is comfortable and has everything you would need. It is situated in an excellent position overlooking the sea and with many lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Gabriel was on time to meet us and had excellent communication with us.

We stayed at Casa Blue Bayou for one month and everything was just perfect. The location and the view from the terrace is amazing. The apartment had really good wifi and there was everything we needed.

- The property is right on the promenade and therefore close to the sea, bars and restaurants. - Gabriela (who manages the property and who meets and greets) is exceptionally friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

We passed information on to the Host via Booking.com messages in respect of the make up of our group and therefore the sleeping arrangements which would be required. These were not passed on to the person who was in charge of prepping the property.

Superb

This was our second visit to Casa Blue Bayou, so we knew what to expect. The house was even better than I remembered. It was sparkling clean and had everything we need. The position on the sea front is fantastic. It is possible to walk along the coastal footpath or to drive into the mountains, where there are lots of different hikes. There are plenty of shops and restaurants very near to the house. Or you can just sit on the beach all day in the sun...I hope we will be back soon.

Fantastisk beliggenhet på stranden med restauranter på lang rekke. Dagligvarebutikk og mathall 10 minutter unna opp en bakke. Var ikke problem da vi fant en trillebag.

Uheldigvis var det kraftig vind, regnvær, lyn og torden i to av de tre dagene vi var der. Beklageligvis regnet gjennom taket til soverommet som hadde takterrassen i etasjen over. Hele leiligheten var over 4 etasjer med kjøkken, stue og takterrasse øverst.

Casa de playa perfecta!

La ubicación en frente de la playa y muy cerca de cualquier restaurante o supermercados. Es el claro ejemplo de casa de playa, y está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar para pasar unos días. Aunque tenga muchas escaleras, la casa es muy cómoda para ir una familia, ya que cada planta tiene su espacio. Para aparcar hay un parking como a 3 minutos andando que es gratuito. Volveremos seguro!!!

Casa muy bonita y de ubicación excelente. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas y está muy limpia.

Lo único incómodo son las escaleras de la casa pero si no tienes ningun problema de movilidad merece la pena por estar donde está y lo agradable que es estar en ella.

Расположение - супер. Одна минута и вы на пляже. Все магазины, кафе, базар совсем рядом. В доме можно было найти даже то, чего не ожидаешь : например, ведерко для льда, чтобы ваши напитки в жару всегда были на вашем столе холодными. Может вы привыкли на завтрак к домашним вафлям ? Нет проблем - вафельница тоже ждет вас в шкафу. Думаете нет миксера? Конечно, есть! Я уже не говорю о разнообразной посуде, бокалах, приспособлениях для выпекания в духовке и прочих мелочах. Стиральная машина, холодильник, кондиционеры, микроволновая и прочее - по умолчанию! Безусловно, все не новое, но абсолютно в приличном состоянии. В нашем расположении были зонты и кресла для пляжа и даже скейт, чтобы поплавать на волнах! Это позволило нам экономить на ежедневном прокате лежаков и зонтов по 9 евро :))) Если у вас нет сумки для похода за покупками- она вас здесь ждет! Аутентичная, плетеная. В доме три санузла, что неимоверно удобно! В гостинной на верхнем этаже, где выход на террасу, есть телевизор, кроме того в каждой спальне, как и в гостинной, вы можете слушать музыку, читать книги на выбор. Где вы еще такое видели??? Прекрасная терраса. На ней не только можно пить утренний кофе или слушать вечерний прибой волн, но и наблюдать в бинокль как в порт с промысла возвращаются рыболовецкие суда! Однако самым большим бонусом для меня лично было наличие ступенек с 0 по 3 этаж, которые ежедневно пробегались множество раз. Для полной объективности не могу не сказать, что вы должны быть готовы к некоторому шуму и некоторым запахам, которые создают повсеместные кафе. Но от этого вы нигде не спрячетесь, разве только если будете жить где то на отшибе..... В заключение хочу искренне поблагодарить Габриэлу за ее внимание, отзывчивость и заботу. Огромное спасибо хозяину за предоставление для отдыха столь эксклюзивного домика!!! Желаю Вам дальнейшего процветания!
