The location is absolutely superb, with views directly across the multi-coloured houses, as well as uninterrupted views straight out to sea. The apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean and new-looking.
In order to have the 'Penthouse view' from floors 3 and 4, there are a lot of quite steep stairs to climb. Our mobility isn't great, so this was a challenge. However, the owner greatly assisted us on arrival by volunteering to carry a heavy case up the starirs for us, for which we were grateful.

De locatie was centraal en geweldig, het lag frontlinie boulevard in een van de gekleurde visserswoningen met alles op loopafstand. Het strand gewoon voor de deur! Beneden was fijne horeca om te drinken en te eten (zoals Il Pi), de straat uit was een simpele supermarkt met vers brood en iets hoger gelegen(lopend of met roltrap of lift bereikbaar) de hoofdweg met China shop en diverse zaken, vlakbij de tramhalte op de C1 lijn van Alicante - Denia. We ontbeten elke ochtend heerlijk bij Coconuts wat verderop. Je kunt ook fijn Spaans eten in de jachthaven. Helemaal super is het top appartement met uitzicht over de gehele rechterkant van de boulevard en zeezicht. De slag van de zee wiegt je in slaap. Alles, maar dan ook alles in het appartement wat je nodig hebt tot aan hammamdoeken toe voor op het strand en draagbare strandstoeltjes en krakend schoon. Heel erg fijn vonden we dat er goede bedkussens waren en een heerlijk matras. We will be back for sure!
Ik zou echt niets kunnen verzinnen. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

Absolutely everything was perfect, and very well thought out right down to the littlest details. The decor was stunning, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, the location could not be better, steps from the beach which had the most refreshingly calm turquoise water, 5 minute walk from an amazing mercadona, and the patio/views were absolutely insane, breathtaking really! The hosts were also very responsive, kind, and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay so much I added an extra night!
There was noting to dislike.
