Authenticity combined with modern comfort & tasteful interior, with great views!

We arrived a bit later than expected due to roadwork, and the owner was very patient with us. Upon arrival, he explained everything to us, and we could ask him anything. The apartment was as gorgeous in reality as it was in the pictures. It was also clean, very well laid out, and it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I thought the mattresses were a bit on the hard side at first, but as it turned out, we all slept like babies on them, they were just perfect.

I am trying to find something to criticise to make this review more believable, but I really can't find anything negative; this is a house I could live in full-time, and I'd miss nothing from my own home.

Honestly, this was the best property I’ve ever stayed in - and I’ve stayed in a lot! Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of those tiny thoughtful touches that make you feel instantly at home. You can tell that everything has been done with so much taste, love, and attention to detail. From the cozy atmosphere to the carefully chosen decor, every corner felt special. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help and share great local tips about Villajoyosa - where to go, what to see, and where to eat. They were very helpful - when our friend decided to join us during weekend and made her unplanned stay super smooth. You can really feel how much love and passion they’ve put into this place. It’s more than just accommodation - it’s an experience. Everything was perfect, and we can’t wait to come back! <3 Thank you!

Eyre Family Holiday

We stayed here as a family of 5. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just perfect. Couldn't fault anything here. Our hosts met us at the property and took our bags as we were a little early, they provided everything, communication was great and they also provided a list of places to visit via message. The beds were all extremely comfortable, which is really important to us. The apartment was very clean, fresh and newly renovated, everything was in the apartment that we needed, including beach chairs, table and parasol. The decor and design of everything here was top standard. The location was amazing, right next to the beach. The view from the balcony was just perfect. I sat here every day and watched the locals sit in the street with their families, tourists take photos it really was a lovely experience. I can honestly say this was a fantastic choice of apartment for us (we have stayed at a fair few in Villajoyosa) location, comfort, communication, everything was just right. We will definitely be returning. Many thanks.

Een prachtig verblijf in de buurt van strand en restaurants.

Schitterend appartement in een lokaal gezellig buurtje met zicht op het strand. het appartement zit op de tweede verdieping met balkon waarbij alle ramen zijn voorzien van horren. Het ligt op loopafstand (250 meter) van het strand en restaurants. Ook het centrum van Villajoyosa is op loopafstand (3 minuten) bereikbaar. Keurige verhuurders, Vicent en Jolanda, die met passie het appartement hebben ingericht op een mooie en luxe wijze. Heerlijk werkende airco in het gehele appartement en per kamer ( woonkamer en keuken en 2 slaapkamers) apart en simpel te bedienen. Mooie badkamer met stort douche en lekker grote bedden met heerlijk beddengoed. Alle faciliteiten voor een mooie vakantie zijn aanwezig. Vaatwasser, wasmachine. Prachtig en voldoende servies wat je kan gebruiken op de mooie keuken incl. oven en magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster etc, etc,. Echt alles is aanwezig. Zelfs benodigde strandspullen (stoelen, parasol en tafel) zijn aanwezig. Voldoende ruimte om je kleding op te bergen in leg- en hangkasten. Kortom een appartement wat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Echt schitterend.
