Lovely apartment, beautiful beaches and great restaurants. We love Joiosa but next time we will stay nearer to the town.

It was so modern and clean. We had two bedrooms and a bathroom each which we like.?

We didn’t realise it was so far from any shops. We had to to into La Villa Joiosa to the spar. That’s not so good when you’re self catering.

Great location and views across the port. Fantastic Italian, La Libertina, restaurant below apartment.

Door app didn't work but had a key so not a problem. Had to keep the shutters closed as patio doors and front window didn't lock.

Lovely apartment with all facilities. The shutter in our bedroom broke but it didn’t affect our enjoyment.

Great little getaway

Very large, clean apartment with a nice view of the harbour. Mostly quiet and lovely to walk along the beach front. Very good contact with the agent Alexandra

Noticeable sewer smell when entering which was worse when you put air-conditioning on. Doors to balcony wouldn't lock and mattress needs replacing soon.

Que poco cuesta solucionar los problemas si se quiere

En general el apartamento y las instalaciones están muy bien, bien equipado, el aire acondicionado fabuloso, limpio y cómodo.

Empezamos con un error en el código QR de la clave del wifi, subsanable fácilmente. Lo peor fue la presencia de varias cucarachas en la cocina de un tamaño importante y el que la propiedad ignorase absolutamente la queja. Al final fui yo quien localizó los focos, quien aplicó el correspondiente tratamiento y a quien le tocó limpiar absolutamente toda la vajilla, el menaje de cocina y la cristaleria. Con eso se resolvió el problema el resto de la estancia. Y por último,en el ventanal del salón está inutilizada la persiana (de forma definitiva, desconozco los motivos) por lo que la luz y las vistas que se muestran en Booking no son reales

Todo muy nuevo, instalaciones perfectas, decorado con mucho gusto, amplio, limpio, cómodo, aire acondicionado potente por conductos, junto al Puerto y cerca de la playa, se aparca bien, wifi

Wie rustig wil liggen en dicht bij strand en kleine cafeetjes/restaurant is dit ideaal.

Wij zorgden zelf voor het ontbijt. De netheid en de ruimte waren perfect. Gemakkelijk dat er een lift was. Prachtig rustig strand achter het appartement om te wandelen. Veilig.

16 uur is wel laat om in appartement te kunnen als je een vroege vlucht hebt. Gelukkig na bericht te laten was het 15 uur. Tamelijk wandelen naar het station voor tram of bus, boodschappen. (slecht weder maar daar kan niemand aandoen)

Muy limpio, buena localización, buena comunicación

Muy espaciosa, limpia, con todo tipo de facilidades (tuppers para la playa, todo tipo de aparatos para la cocina, plancha ropa, secador pelo, sabanas, toallas, etc). Rápida respuesta de los administradores del piso, en caso de necesidad. Muy buena localización cerca de varias playas para ir andando.

El aire acondicionado demasiado fuerte, aunque lo dejáramos en automático o muy bajo, hacia mucho frio
