アリカンテ空港から車で約35〜40分のアパートは広くて清潔。バルコニーから眺める地中海の景色は素晴らしい。敷地内のプールも2ヶ所あり、どちらも混雑なくのんびりできました。ビーチへのアクセスも敷地内から専用のゲートでアクセスでき、とても便利でした。ビーチは平日も週末も混雑していませんでした。ただビーチは小石や割と大きな石もあるのでウォーターシューズが必要です。静かなバカンスを過ごしたい方におすすめします。また車は必要です！
2026年8月中旬現在、このアパートの部屋の目の前に新しい建物が建設中で、平日の工事の酷い騒音は一日中続き振動もありました。予約の時にこれらが知らされないのはとても残念でした。

The apartment was fantastic one of the best we have ever rented very comfortable and beautiful balcony with view of sea .It was on the outskirts of La Vila Joiosa so you need a car . Very easy to visit different places the main road is very near can recommend visiting Altea beautiful old town and promenade..Can recommend this appartment it was a pleasure to come home to every night felt very safe with the secure entrance gates .
