Piso cerca Benidorm

Todo estaba limpio y tenía lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias.

La ubicación, es una barriada nada bonita. Las escaleras son bastante incómodas. A veces cuesta encontrar aparcamiento.

The apartment was better than in the pictures, our family of 5 loved it! The AC was working really well in all rooms, we were able to make food and there were plenty of kitchen ware available. The host was nice and accommodating, location was close to the beach and the town was nice and quiet (even with the football World Cup being played it wasn’t loud as there were no big bars etc near the apartment). Parking was free and close by.

The apartment doesn’t have an elevator and climbing the 5 floors in a hot 30-35 Celsius weather was exhausting, wouldn’t recommend for the elderly. The coffee machine (Nescafé Dolce Gusto) didn’t work and maybe there could’ve been bowls for cereal available. The Google navigation couldn’t really find the location we circled a few times around and the streets are extremely narrow (we had an SUV and had trouble driving it without scratching the walls).

Clean, tidy accommodation. Fully equipped with lots of extras (small and large household appliances, air conditioning, karaoke, sun umbrella, some basic kitchen essentials, and I could go on...). Two balconies, one with a view of the sea, the mountains, and the sunrise. Quiet neighborhood with millions of chirping birds. Easy and free parking. Close to the sea, the harbor, the beach, the Perez chocolate shop (the best), the tram stop, and the supermarket. Choosing this accommodation was the best decision we could have made!

Al ser un 5° piso tiene luz. La casa está bien equipada en cuanto a ropa de cama, toallas y menaje de cocina

Es un 5° sin ascensor. Nos lo comunico la propietaria a 100 km del destino . Después de 300 km de viaje. La casa es muy vieja . Las instalaciones son muy viejas. Las tuberías huelen muy mal y lo arreglan con ambientadores por toda la casa Las terrazas son pequeñas pero no se pueden usar están sucias La zona es muy mala . Queda lejos de la playa
