Отличное местоположение, в квартире есть всё необходимое для жизни ничего не требуется докупать вплоть до чая и специй.

У нас 3 человек был не ребёнок поэтому такое расположение кровати не очень подходило, но это ничего страшного. В кухне маленький холодильник был сломан и вместо него был большой холодильник у кровати в комнате и третьему человеку было не комфортно спать так как он шумит. В комплексе идёт ремонт поэтому пол во всей квартире в такой белой строительной пыли был по нашему приезду и пришлось сразу мыть но мы постоянно приносили эту пыль каждый наш поход вне квартиры. Проживанию в целом ремонт не мешал. Кран в ванной постоянно капал и учитывая что предполагается снятие залога то было очень неприятно вдруг по такой причине его не вернут полностью. С одной стороны вход на балкон мы не смогли открыть, с другой стороны открывался но иногда тоже возникали сложности с открытием. От владельца квартиры приходило прям много сообщений перед заселением и инструкций, однако напротив это отвлекает и запутывает, всё можно было бы объяснять проще гораздо. Заселение было волнительно по итогу.

Engaño total

La ubicación perfecta y las vistas, si las hubiera podido disfrutar, espectaculares.

Edificio en obras, la inmobiliaria no te avisa en absoluto de ello. A las 8 de la mañana estaban los obreros con martillos hidráulicos pegados a la puerta, picando. Fuimos a descansar el final de nuestras vacaciones y fue una auténtica tortura cuando estabas dentro del apartamento. Pagué por estar en la calle todo el día.
