Great location view , needs a few extra touches

Location, and the view and a balcony.

Only 2 towels in the whole apartment, no bath mat , hand towels , only a sheet on the bed , need a blanket , no tea spoons , dirty mugs , very basic .

We stayed at this property from August 21 to 28. The only real advantage is the location — it’s just a one-minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment was disappointing: • The place was dirty when we arrived. • The bed linen wasn’t very clean, and there was no pillow provided for our son. • The sofa was dirty and squeaky — it made noise all night and had noticeable stains. • The armchair was in terrible condition, heavily stained and clearly not cleaned in a long time. • The bathroom had no shelves or hooks to hang towels, which was very inconvenient. • There was also water on the floor near the fridge, possibly from a leak — not safe at all. Overall, the apartment desperately needs proper cleaning and maintenance. While the location is great, the actual living conditions were far below our expectations.

The only good thing was location .

Location of the place .

Bedroom had 2 ceiling windows without proper blackouts curtain . 5am we were awake due to light coming in the room . To go up to bedroom you must go up to some steel stairs very slippery. Bathroom wasn’t proper clean and facilities were very poor . Stairs going up to the 3rd floor are very stiff and not very nice to look at .

Amazing place with sea few, but a little dated appartment

The place is amazing, directly few to the sea and on the boulevard with a lot of restaurants cloese to the appartment. the owner is really nice and helpfull.

The furniture are a little old and rusty, sleeping caugh not comfortable and double bed quite hard. The water in the shower don't run away quite well and the showerwall is rusty, it should be nice to make it new on this perfect place. Also a knife to cut bread and a scissor should be nice in the kitchen. But the few is great and location.

Great beach stay

Great beach location and Mateo was very helpful and easy to communicate with. As others have stated the stairs to the bedroom might not be great for those with balance/mobility issues but for us it was no problem. We would return for sure.

Amazing location. Hearing the waves from the room was awesome. Lovely apartment. Didn't want for anything except a kettle maybe? Matteus is a super lovely guy. Very attentive and always around if you need him.

Lots of stairs. Not a problem if your legs are good though. Maybe a cover at bathroom window. It's a little open when the lights are on.

Location, location! Right at the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Great bed. Note, it´s up three flights of narrow stairs, plus a staircase in the flat to the bedroom.

We realised that in the event of an emergency. We wouldn't have been able to get out except by stairs. A bit worrying.🤔 I except an old building and very beautiful too😊

Matteo war sofort zur Stelle und die Schlüsselübergabe war super entspannt. Wir haben dann auch noch einige Restaurantempfehlungen bekommen oder sonstige Tipps. das beste war die Lage - direkt im Geschehen aber keinesfalls laut! den schönsten Strandabschnitt direkt vor der Türe!!!
