Apartment completely renovated, all new, with air conditioning and heat pump throughout the house, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen refrigerator, water purifier, living room (42 inch HD TV, with USB for photos, video and music) satellite with all the English, French, German, etc. channels and plus and WIFI channels, two accesses to the house, one through the arsenal street and the other through San Pere street (direct access to the old town), views of all the bay of Villajoyosa and very sunny, very central to everything, train station, bus, taxis, supermarket, pharmacies and restaurants and pubs area, next to the river and park to enjoy a walk. Fantastic location on the beach. Lovely view from the window. So many nice restaurants near by. Local beach is perfect. Many other beaches near by. In cooler weather many hiking areas a short drive away. Beautiful little historic town to explore. A real gem.

This property is in a perfect location for the beach and restaurants and bars. Beautiful views from the balcony. We'll definitely be coming again. The hosts we're very friendly and helpful. Our stay was wonderful

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Such a beautiful location on the beach with many lovely restaurants one minute walk away. The kitchen is very well equiped and the shower in the bathroom is very good. View to the beach is fantastic.
As with all the old buildings here there are some steep steps so just be careful if you have reduced mobility but perfect for younger couples or friends. Loli was very helpful and everything was very easy.
