Apartment completely renovated, all new, with air conditioning and heat pump throughout the house, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen refrigerator, water purifier, living room (42 inch HD TV, with USB for photos, video and music) satellite with all the English, French, German, etc. channels and plus and WIFI channels, two accesses to the house, one through the arsenal street and the other through San Pere street (direct access to the old town), views of all the bay of Villajoyosa and very sunny, very central to everything, train station, bus, taxis, supermarket, pharmacies and restaurants and pubs area, next to the river and park to enjoy a walk.
