About this house rental
My traditional house, with an exterior view and high ceilings, features 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (150 cm) and another with two bunk beds (90 cm each) and a single bed (90 cm). These rooms are equipped with sheets, comforters, and bedspreads depending on the season, and can accommodate up to 5 people in one room.
Very close to two types of beaches: one with sand (Playa Central) and the other with rocks (Playa Puntes del Moro). Located in a quiet, traditional neighborhood near the city.
You don’t need a car to get around town. Train and bus stops are very close by, with service to Alicante, Benidorm, and more.
You can park on the surrounding streets, but there’s also the option to rent a private parking spot (€10 per night—for stays of two weeks or longer, please contact me).
There are supermarkets practically just a few meters from the house, as well as the church.
From my house, you can visit:
* The city’s central market
* Take a stroll along the beach promenade
* Watch the fish auctions at the Lonja in the fishing port
* Visit the chocolate museums (high-quality)
* During the Moros y Cristianos festivities, there is the Landing (declared a National Tourist Attraction)....
As for sports activities, there is scuba diving, hiking, a tennis club, and golf courses nearby.

Ana is a lovely host and the property is very quaint. Ww enjoyed staying in a real Spanish area close to the shops and town as well as the gorgeous beach. Only stayed 5 days as we moved ti another location further south but would definitely stay at Anas place again.
