Agradable estancia en un bonito lugar.

Muy bien ubicado frente a la playa, con bonitas vistas a ella y al paseo marítimo desde su balcón. Cerca de aparcamiento público libre. Fácil acceder a él. La dueña muy amable explicando con paciencia todos los detalles. Básico pero todo nuevo en él, funcionando bien, y limpio. Con aire acondicionado frio/calor.

geweldig, enorm genoten!

De locatie is geweldig, aan het strand en iedere ochtend een mooie sunrise voor de deur en palmbomen en terrasjes.

Eigenlijk niets, appartement kan nog wat completer worden gemaakt met wat haakjes of planken hier en daar en wat grotere mokken om uit te drinken. In de advertentie kan nog beter aangegeven worden om welke verdieping het gaat i.v.m. de trappen.

arrivés tard le soir, fatigués, nous n'avions tjrs PAS l'information du numéro de la maison et encore moins comment obtenir les clés et aucun code... sur demande d'une amie nous l'avons finalement reçu, ce code pour ouvrir (enfin) la porte !!

Todo perfecto, tanto la casa, como la ubicación y sobre todo María la propietaria de la casa. Tuvimos un pequeño problema y no tardo ni 10 minutos en venir a solucionarlo, con gente así da gusto alojarse, si vuelvo repetiré es este alojamiento.

Para disfrutar de la tranquilidad

Impresionante las vistas. A pesar de estar en el paseo marítimo, a las 12 de la noche o antes ya están los bares recogidos y duermes escuchando las olas del mar.

El sofá-cama es incómodo, aunque ya lo había leído en los comentarios.

Me encantó la localización justo en primera línea de playa y en un trocito de paseo marítimo donde había bastante ambiente. También la limpieza del apartamento y el buen olor.

No tiene mucho aparcamiento cerca.

Vistas al mar mediterraneo

Estar frente al mar nos encantó y en pleno paseo de las casitas de colores. Tener aire acondicionado es genial ya que a veces viene el aire caliente o no quieres tener ruidos. El apartamento está bien insonorizado a pesar de estar encima de las terrazas. El colchon de la cama de la habitacion está estupendo y las sabanas super suaves.

A pesar de que el apartamento nos encanto, al ser 4 personas notamos estás faltas: El colchon del sofá es incómodo para dormir 2 personas. La habitación no tiene lamparas de mesilla y faltaría alguna sartén más grande, un rallador para el tomate o el queso. Por lo demás todo estupendo.

Apartamento sucio. Hay cosas que no han visto el agua en la vida, como las mesas de la cocina, el frigorífico o las puertas de los armarios de cocina. Una lástima porque la ubicación es genial.

Podría haber una cortina en la puerta de la terraza porque la persona que duerma en el sofá-cama se levantará al amanecer ya que entra toda la luz de la calle aunque se eche la persiana externa enrrollable

En general todo estaba 10, la casa era muy acogedora y con unas vistas impresionantes frente al mar. Tuvimos muy buena comunicacion con el dueño, un encanto, no falto detalle, repetiremos sin dudarlo

Buena playa, mala casa

La playa frente a la casa

Suelo con Arena al llegar, mesa pequeña y bailona, Baño muy incomodo tropiezas con la lavadora que esta batante sucia, ducha estropeada, vajilla sucia, sofá sucio, no hay ningún mueble, ningún cajón donde guardar las cosas, no hay toallas del lavamanos hay que usar la del baño. Escalera bastante incomoda para subir y bajar de la casa. Llame por teléfono al llegar y no contesto nadie ni devolvieron la llamada,.

Месторасположение, вид с балкона. Хозяева отзывались на просьбы очень быстро, старались помочь.

Было грязно во всех комнатах, грязный унитаз, диван так же нуждается в чистке, грязная посуда, плохое качество постельного белья, плохо работающий кондиционер, протекает раковина в ванной, слабый сигнал интернета. Не помешает наладить качество уборки и поменять постельное белье (так как не очень приятно в жару спать на синтетике). а так же отремонтировать все вышедшее из строя оборудование. И тогда эти апартаменты будут очень привлекательными.

Para desconectar y disfrutar de la playa

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, son las típicas casas de pescadores en primerísima linea de playa, con unas vistas espectaculares,está reformado con mucho mimo y el aprovechamiento del espacio lo hace muy acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodos,la tranquilidad para estar en pleno paseo y tener tantos negocios cerca es admirable. La comunicacion con los anfitriones así como sus instrucciones de 10. Sin lugar a dudas repetiremos.

El sofá cama no es muy cómodo, aunque cumple su función. Por contra la cama es muy comoda
