TORREMAR is a distinctive triplex apartment located in one of the typical vertical houses of Villajoyosa’s Old Town, just 30 metres from Playa Centro and right next to HappyVila reception.
The property begins on the second floor of the building and is arranged vertically over three levels, connected by internal stairs.
Second floor: suite with a double bedroom and private bathroom.
Third floor: second double bedroom and a full bathroom.
Top floor: spacious open-plan area combining the kitchen, dining area and living room, with direct access to a private terrace with sea views.
Its vertical layout and architecture are part of the charm of the traditional homes in the Old Town. This is not a conventional apartment, but a distinctive property full of character, with each floor serving a different purpose.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishwasher and dryer. The apartment also features air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, televisions, bed linen and bathroom towels.
The top-floor terrace is one of TORREMAR’s most pleasant spaces. Although the property is not located directly on the seafront promenade, the terrace offers sea views, and the beach is only around 30 metres from the building entrance.
The location is exceptional: right in the heart of Villajoyosa’s Old Town, very close to the beach, seafront promenade, restaurants, cafés, shops and services, and directly next to our HappyVila reception.
IMPORTANT: the building does not have a lift. The apartment begins on the second floor and, as it is a triplex, there are also internal stairs connecting its three levels. For this reason, it is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility or for anyone who may have difficulty using stairs.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Hicieron falta unas alfombrillas de baño para cuando sales de la ducha,

Nos gusto mucho lo amplio que era el apartamento y lo nuevo que estaba. La ubicación fue perfecta y que nos dwjaran quedarnos el último día hasta tarde fue un gran detalle.
Quiza ampliar los utensilios de la cocina con una máquina de café más moderna o poner un lavavajillas.
