Excellent property with an attentative host.

We had a lovely 5-day stay at Mariana’s place in Villajoyosa. The location is unbeatable—less than a 5-minute walk to the stunning beach, which quickly became our favorite spot. Though the space is compact, especially with suitcases, it’s well-equipped and functional for a comfortable stay. Mariana was extremely friendly and easy to reach, which made everything smooth. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and while parking can be a bit tricky, it’s manageable. We originally planned to explore different beaches but ended up spending most of our time at the nearby Villajoyosa beach—it’s that good! Perfect spot for a family of four with older teens. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beach-focused getaway.

Perfect holiday apartement super close to the sea in beautifull colorfull village. Very well equiped - including beach seats and towels, toys, washing machine, dishwasher… Great communication with the owner.

Det lille huset var nært stranden, vertinnen er helt fantastisk! Hun kom med masse gode tips, og sørger for at vi fikk et nydelig opphold. Koselig leilighet som hadde alt vi trengte. Dette er en skatt om du vil bo i gamlebyen og ha kort vei til stranda.

Acogedora estancia, como en casa

La anfitriona sin duda es lo mejor de todo porque gracias a ella el apartamento te hace sentir como en casa. Tienes todo tipo de comodidades, secador, cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesitas para cocinar, sombrilla, sillas de playa... todo está SUPER LIMPIO y todo decorado con muy buen gusto, la casa es una cucada.

Me encantó todo! El apartamento excelente, limpio, completo y muy bien ubicado. La playa enfrente y restaurantes al lado. Para aparcar la dueña te dice dónde es el mejor sitio y está cerca. Luego te puedes mover andando o en tren a sitios cercanos como Benidorm. Mariana es excepcional!!
