Cosy Christmas stay.
Spacious studio room, mini kitchen, excellent sound and light insulation, good location to explore the city.
No complimentary water bottle or vending machine. The tap water of Hague is hard especially for making tea.

Spacious and clean hotel at a great location to visit Scheveningen and The Hague
The room was already ready when we arrive around noon. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially to my son of 4 years old (who felt very special). The hotel looks amazing. Very clean and tidy. Also the hallways looked very neat. The hotel room was perfect (including a personal note from the staff), with a big bed and big bathroom with shower. Again, everything spotless. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of healthy options as well
I would look into the opportunity of making parking free for people who stay at the hotel

It was good and confortable
We liked to have hotelroom in same building as the service appartment where my son and family stayed. Location was good. Nice atmosphere in bar and restaurant. Good food. Standard room a little small. We liked the jars with free sweets that were placed in the lobby .
We found it strange that the little kitchen block did not have any cutlery and plates while there was a microwave. Maybe we should have asked for it.

Great hotel for visitors with furry friends
The staff was super kind and helpful, our hotel room very comfortable and clean. We loved the ambiance and the little kitchenette was a plus. We visited with a dog who was even greeted by a proper water tin and map of dog walking areas nearby. The park right next to the hotel was ideal to walk the dog, and we were able to bring him with us to the terrace of the hotel restaurant as well. Definitely a recommendation for travellers with furry friends!
