Location was beautiful, right on the seafront, but far enough away from the pubs and clubs that there wasn't much in the way of noise in the evenings. You're also a short distance from the 24-hour Spar, which was very handy on several occasions. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and very well laid out for our needs: two bedrooms, each with their own en-suite, and a single generous living area. Large windows gave it a very light and airy feel. The kitchen was well appointed: we cooked fairly regularly and didn't find anything lacking. The beds are large and very comfortable. I didn't personally use the spa room, but my friends said it was very enjoyable. Access was easy - they phoned me in the afternoon to check how I was getting on and let me know where to collect the keys.
Despite what the listing suggests, there is not dedicated parking but a fair amount of free, on-street parking and several car parks nearby, which they pointed us towards. The North Road car park off Queen's Ave does a week of parking for £23 if you are planning on mainly walking and using public transport. We were unable to find the laundrette that was supposedly in the same area as the spa room, so eventually went to a commercial one.

The apartment was very nice once we could EVENTUALLY get in. Booked for 3 nights but only managed to stay in the apartment we booked for 1 night as it was DOUBLE BOOKED! The staff at the hotel where we ending up staying for the first 2 nights, were very accommodating.
Somehow, Booking.com had not processed our booking, although the money was taken immediately and consequently the apartment was double booked. We were put in a hotel for the first 2 nights of our 3 night stay. Lack of instructions for collecting keys need to be reviewed. Nothing on the instructions to say the onsite reception was at a different hotel, which was situated around the corner. Luckily another visitor instructed us of the situation.
