The apartment was great , in general had a very good experience !

Location is very good, close to big train station from which you have connections to any part of the city. 30-45min to any important location in the city. Apartment was very clean and has enough space and utilities that you need of you're visiting all day.

3rd floor with very narrow stars, which are problem only for baggage carrying.

The location is close to Akabane Station. So many local shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

There’s no elevator. The staircase is steep and narrow. Good luck with your suitcase. The washing machine is noisy and you can’t do laundry after 10 PM. The tub takes forever to drain and it’s disgusting. The toilet/bathroom is really old and super loud when you flush. What made me angry was the maintenance guy opened our door to do repair in ANOTHER apartment. My daughter was so freaked out. He didn’t knock, he just opened the door with the key. Good thing the chain on the door was locked and he couldn’t get in. This is unacceptable. Then the owner left a gift to apologize for the mistake. But the damage was done. It scared my daughter so badly. This was a terrible breach of privacy and a safety concern. I filed a complaint with booking.com. The staff should at the very least knock before opening the door. No gift could fix the fright of being woken up by a stranger opening your door. We had 2 more nights but we moved to a different hotel. The owner has so many rules. It’s like staying at a dormitory. She wants you to sort your garbage but no extra bags for the bins. Also it’s on the same street of what seems to be a love hotel.
