Ruhige Lage, kein Straßenlärm. Waschmaschine mit genug Kleiderbügel zum trocknen. Nebenan gibt es sogar einen Waschsalon falls man die Wäsche schneller trocknen will. Föhn vorhanden. Überall Essen in der Nähe. 2 Metro Stationen in 10-15 Minuten Entfernung (zu Fuß). Wifi schnell und gut.
Die Nachbarwohnungen bzw. die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Die Nachbarn müssen flüstern um nicht gehört zu werden. In der Nacht hatten wir lautes schnarchen aus der Nachbarwohnung.

I enjoyed having a quiet and calm place to go back and unwind after the chaotic bustling of high density touristy sightseeing and packed train stations. There's multiple vending machines nearby the property and a family ran produce market right next door. Location is great. 5 minute walk to a family mart, and 10 or so minute walk to a local grocery store. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Honestly, it probably wouldn't be possible with the layout of the bathroom, and lack of an outlet, but I was hoping for a heated seat bidet toilet like the one in the in the capsule hotel I stayed at the night before checking into the apartment.

Appartement pratique, bon prix. Très bien pour une personne seule, voir un couple. Environnement très calme, les alentours de la gare sont très animés (restaurants, boutiques…)
L’apartemement est à 15 minutes à pied de la gare. Peu de chose autour de l’appartement.
