El internet es bueno. Dudé mucho en alquilar este apartamento por los comentarios sobre el internet, pero a mis otras experiencias, es el que mejor conexión nos ha dado. A lo mejor solucionaron el problema. Es amplio y súper cómodo.

La ubicación, es algo alejada de todo, está cerca de una estación, pero si no llevas prisa es una excelente opción. Además está de subida.

Evin tamamı sizin. 3+1 ev. 2 odası çay odası ve yüklük var. Bu ev gerçek bir Japon evi. Evde 10kişi bile rahatça kalabilir. Fiyat uygun. Güvenli ve temiz. Bebekli ailelere tavsiye ederim.

Konumu merkezden uzak. Saatine göre metroya 11dk veya 24dk(gece geç saatte) yürüme mesafesinde. Gündüzleri otobüs ile 7dkda metrodasınız. Fakat lokali denemek isteyenlere tavsiyedir.

Amazing location, very spacious, fast response‘s from host. Very clean. possible to feel like home for more than just a few days. several trains and busses super close, same as 7 eleven, a washing room and much more.

Internet was very very bad the first days, we could not even open a voice message on whatsapp. First answer from host was it’s due to the holiday‘s and we were patient but after a few days we insisted on improvement as we had spend over 90€ on mobile data which was never compensated. since we are technicians we understood this is simply due to price savings on internet and providing 5G router in the lowest of the 3 flats. nevertheless after some discussions the host took us very serious and installed a router that made the internet work fully and great. Thanks a lot for that! There is a very loud and big construction that you can hear every morning at 8 am sharp. Bothered us only a little bit sometimes , but worth to mention as other guests mentioned this too and for people who want to sleep in on weekends it’s not possible to sleep longer than 7.30/8 am. The smell of the whole flat is old and moldy and the Japanese room is nice and spacious but smells of rattan so heavily ( we closed the door and could not use that room) that all our clothes smelled like it all the time, even our friends asked us why we smell of rattan and mold 😂 Last but not least in the kitchen there is only 2 forks and 2 knives and a few spoons. sharp knives are broken in the top and unusable for proper cooking. Overall the appartement could use a little revamp, but is surely nice for big families and groups of more than 4-6 people!

Location to us was great: between kita-akabane and Akabane station, very close to a convenience store and vending machine and coin laundry. We liked the suburban location. Love the "true Tokyo living" feeling. Outside the major city, but still close to a major hub and a short walk from shopping and eating areas and train stations. Close to a Donki. Some nice restaurants around. My daughter enjoyed some nearby parks. A nighttime stroll to donki and McDonald's proved very relaxing and interesting finding many things along the way! Cosy, clean, decorated rooms. Everything provided needed to live in an apartment! Washing machine very handy! And cleaning appliances and items! Kitchen is modern, many appliances, fridge is big! Bathroom was clean and modern. Great communication! Accommodating of later checkout which was very appreciated!! Good trash bin area round the side of the property, easy to sort trash. Good to have that there so trash doesn't build up in the apartment. I loved the place. I'll come back again.

Construction site is still ongoing, but it didn't bother us. Some noise on weekdays. Bedroom is too light as only half the windows have proper curtains. We needed to use the futons but sheets were still damp so I had to wash and dry them myself in order to have sheets and blankets for two futons. Didn't bother me at all, just a tip to the cleaners to make sure it's dried properly. Some wear and tear (normal!) but shoji screen on window in tatami room attached to living room was quite damaged - however, I'm just picking at things here. This did not affect us! Under bed was very dusty, cleaner should note. None of these things bothered us at all. I feel bad for even mentioning but it's just constructive criticism - I'd have lived here myself if I could!
