Pretty good place for our plan of using it as a Tokyo base. Very calm and quiet during the day/night. As a whole, pretty clean (read bath stuff tho).
Really good train connections since it's near JR Akabane station.
Instructions given were very clear.
Very comfortable mattress to sleep on the floor.
Both AC units, laundry, microwave, stove worked perfectly.
Disclaimer: I've lived in places without a proper bath before. So we really didn't have much problem to adapt.
I would probably change a couple things:
There were some dark spots that couldn't be removed.
Water connection to the toilet probably needs to be tightened or changed since it leaks water after flushing.
Would be great to add bidet if possible (one of the awesome things in japan bathrooms lol).

ロフトの就寝スペースに窮屈感なく、ゆっくり休めました。また、15時にチェックインできたのは、とても助かりました。
浴槽の経年劣化で落ちづらい汚れが少し、気になりました
