super comfortable mattresses, well equipped, comfortable apartment but few dishes in the kitchen, quiet location and very close to two metros, buses. When our batteries ran out in opening the door, the owners were there within 30 minutes. The advantage of a low bed and table for children. 2 shops nearby. If we went here again, I would come back.
The only thing that disappointed us was the dead batteries in the door opener, but we understand that the owner is not entirely to blame for that. Otherwise, everything was great.

Es toda la experiencia de vivienda tradicional japonesa. Futones como cama, mesita baja, en un. barrio residencial tranquilo. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

The location is quiet and clean, just a short walk from Akabane Station. Unlike many hotels near the station, it is not noisy or surrounded by bars. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. You can cook, do laundry, and live comfortably, which makes it a great choice for long stays.
I arrived late at night in July, and since the room had been closed all day, it was quite hot and had a strong tatami smell at first. The smell fades quickly but could be uncomfortable for those unfamiliar with it. I recommend asking the host to turn on the air conditioner in advance if you know your arrival time. Also, the upstairs space is a bit tight, especially for larger guests.
