Clean and lots of space. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning in every room. Stove, microwave, and refrigerator with some utensils and plates. Location is perfect - 5 min from Itabashi station, which is just a few minutes from major areas.
Layout was a bit interesting - shower area was connected only to one of the bedrooms and one of the beds was in the main living area.
No bidet, WiFi very slow, and some noise leakage from neighboring units/outside. Outside hallway/stairs are also very cramped/steep. Not a luxury suite, but if you need a place to crash for a couple night, it gets the job done for sure.

Location was super convenient, close to train station, super short ride to places like ikebukuro and shibuya if those are places you want to go. Food places nearby were excellent and there are things to do just down the road from the accommodation.
If you are a large person this place may be a little difficult, overall space was good, but the bathroom is quite cramped if you're big. Google maps will try to take you somewhere else when finding the place. You may need to read the road signs or ask for directions.

I’d say if it was a family stay it would be fine but it was a group stay so a little awkward.
I don’t think worth the price plus you can hear everything from across the house and it’s not really 3 rooms it’s more like 2 rooms and 3 beds

Close to two Train stations for easy access to main Tokyo areas. Three full double beds. Heating and cooling. Convenient location.
Property is small as expected but bathroom was extremely small. The photos posted has purposefully hidden cracks and water damage around the apartment. The power went out but there was instructions left for how to turn it back on.
