駅にも、サンシャインにも近く、どこに行くにも便利でした。
他の方も書かれたみたいに、階段が狭いので、トランクなど大きな荷物があると、上り下りが大変です。

池袋の繁華街から近くて、その割には静かな環境できれいなお部屋
エレベーターが無いので、３階以上のお部屋だと荷物を持って上がるのが大変。あと、部屋の中がとても狭いので、ゴハンを食べる場所の確保も大変でした

Great location, very tidy apartment. Had washer in the bathroom which was amazing and a drying room facility for drying the clothes which was fantastic.
No lift so had to carry suitcase up 5 flight of stairs.

1、羽田空港からサンシャインプリンスホテルまでバスで直行で、バス停から近くて便利でした
2、静かで治安も良かった
3、部屋がキレイだった
部屋がかなり狭かった。他は下記。
1、トイレに座ると左足にトイレットペーパーがあたり、右はドアかあり真っ直ぐ座れない
2、トイレと洗面台と洗濯機が密集しているから、トイレットペーパーがそのままだと顔を洗ったら紙が濡れて使えなくなる
3、キッチンの食器の水を切る場所がないので、洗ったらキッチンペーパーか自分で買った布巾が必要
4、階段が狭いから、重たいスーツケースは移動が大変そう(滞在中に階段を落とした音を数回聞いた).
