Conveniently located near JR Yamanote Otsuka station, by tram within 5 minutes, especially with luggage, or walkable by foot within 7/8 minutes.
Or you can walk from / to Ikebukuro within 15 minutes as well.
Just note there is no elevator in the building (5F, 4 étages en français), but the rest is all good ! Small kitchen, fridge, tatami and futon style room for me. Everything is new as well !
There is also a washing machine, and you can dry your laundry in the bathroom itself with the dry ventilation mode, very effective
and quite common in Japan.
So overall a very good and convenient place to go in Tokyo, that I recommend !

Vuodesohva ei ollut mukava, siinä ei pystynyt nukkumaan. Toinen yöpyjä joutui majoittumaan toisessa hotellihuoneessa. Tämä asunto sopii vain yhdelle henkilölle !
