It doesn't suit for 4 to 6 persons together, otherwise it'd be really cramped with nowhere to sort or even put your luggages.
The location is not as convenient as it looks however. It is close to Kita-Ikebukuro station but the station has only one exit and it's on the opposite side of where the place is. So you need to walk at least 8 to 10mins one way just to go to and from the nearest station.
The room is very clean though. Beds are ok. All appliances are working fine as well.
