Urban Nest Otsuka 301 JR OTSUKA STATION

Close to the station, good size, and comfortable bed.

I stayed in this apartment for a few nights and overall had a mixed experience. The building is modern, which makes the apartment very quiet and peaceful. The bathroom was clean with washing machine and the bathtub room where you can hang and dry clothes with a special program. The overall size of the apartment is very acceptable and comfortable for a stay in Tokyo. The location is excellent: just a five-minute walk from Ōtsuka Station on the Yamanote Line. This makes it perfect if you want to stay in a calm neighborhood while still being directly connected to the main areas of the city.

However, there were some drawbacks. The apartment lacked several basic amenities, especially in the kitchen. There were no kitchen towels, no spoon and no proper place to let dishes dry, which made it less practical for everyday use. The bed was comfortable in terms of mattress quality, but the frame was in a very poor condition. The legs were almost completely bent and seemed roughly repaired, making the bed very unstable and noisy even with slight movements. Under the bed, there were several stored items, such as extra blankets or cleaning supplies. Overall, the apartment has great potential because it is modern, well located, and spacious enough. Replacing the bed and adding a few essential kitchen accessories would significantly improve the overall experience
