Bon rapport qualité prix. Un sento très sympathique juste à côté Station de tram juste à côté Quartier très agréable

C'est plus une chambre qu'un appartement. Il y a un petit espace Cuisine avec un gaz , un peu de vaisselle, mais pas de place pour manger. Télévision en panne pendant tout le séjour. 3eme étage sans ascenseur, compliqué à l'arrivée avec des gros bagages.

Konumu çok güzel. Metrolara yürüme mesafesinde. Sokakları bizi şehir değilde japonya mahallesinde gibi hissettirdi. Küçük ev aletlerinin olması çok işimize yaradı. Yatakları çok rahat. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi her soruma anında cevap veriyordu. Çok ilgili ve yardımsever birisi ☺️

庚申塚駅歩いて数十秒でロケーションも素晴らしい。東に行けば巣鴨まですぐ行ける。下町を堪能できました。

ユニットバスですが、シャワーカーテンが無いのでトイレを濡らさない様気をつけても、びちゃびちゃになってしまう。冷蔵庫が通常はコンロしたにあるはずが、押し入れに電子レンジと一緒に収納されており非常に使いづらい。テーブル、椅子が無いため買ってきたものを並べて食べる事が出来ない。ベッドのバネが何箇所か手が沈むほど壊れており不快だった。トイレットペーパーが４日間滞在なのに予備が一つも置いてない。

It's well located, you can easily get there by JR Line because it's near to Otsuka Station, but the nearest it's Sakura Tram (but I don't recommed it if you have a big luggage because the aisle is narrow) from Otsuka Station it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to Tokyo Station.

If you travel with huge luggage I don't recommend it because the room it's on the 4th floor and there is not an elevator so you have to lift your luggage. If you travel with just a backpack then it's ok. The neighborhood was noisy at night, maybe there is a fireman or policeman station nearby because I heard the sirens at morning as well at midnight, so if you can sleep deeply and you can't even hear your alarm then it's ok. I would highly recommend it if: 1.- You travel lightly with just a small suitcase (because there is no elevator and the space in room is quite small) 2.- You have a heavy sleep and you don't care about the noise 3.- You travel alone or just one more person 4.- You're staying no more than 3 days
