Good value for several nights in Tokyo. However, it is a small place for 4 adults. Would not recommend for longer stays than 1-2 nights if 4 adults are staying in the room. The place was very clean. Check in was easy. We enjoyed the location being out of the touristic area. Quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable compared to others we stayed in while in Japan.

Shower curtain was missing which caused the entire bathroom to get wet everytime we showered. It's in the description so you know what you're getting into, but there are a lot of stairs to go up to get to the apartment and no elevator option.

Price, size, kettle, nearby restaurants offer good value for money.

The room (503, on the roof) isn't insulated in any effective way. If it's cold outside you'll feel it. This being said there is no draft, and the blankets are effective for a warm sleep. The hot water needs to be turned on also, but it works well. Otherwise the wall are thin and the location not ideal, but it's pricing is rational, although I feel the room should have it's insulation fixed. Untill the extra blankets for each bed might be beneficial.

Sauberes Apartment. Ruhige & interessante Nachbarschaft und gut angebundene Lage, wenn man ein paar Meter zu Fuß nicht scheut. Gute Kommunikation mit Host.

Liegt auf der 5. Ebene, nur über Treppen erreichbar, aber kein Problem mit Rucksäcken :)

The room is big enough and had everything I needed.

The room was on the 5th floor but no elevator in the building!! The AC needs to be clean because it held odor when used it.
