It's a typical Japanese apartment (not the most modern), but comes with almost everything a typical Japanese family needs. It's great for a long stay (short 2 - 3 day stay, you're better off in a hotel). We could do laundry with the washing machine, heat up convenience store food with the microwave or probably do some basic cooking on the stove. There were three beds, each slightly smaller than a queen. Netflix in room.
Overall, the room was clean when we got in. Also very comfortable.
Location was 10 minutes away from exit C6 of Ikebukuro station and another 10 minutes to the JR stations, but ample restaurants and convenience stores within a short walk and the neighborhood is relatively quiet.

空間已日本來說算蠻大的、有三張床
樓梯很小、隔音非常差，在大馬路邊所有的車聲音都很清楚！樓上住戶經過樓梯的腳步聲也非常的清楚，若睡眠不好容易不好入睡被吵醒的人千萬要想清楚
