The apartment is close to several train stations and there is also a grocery store down the road that is much cheaper than the 7/11, lawson stations, etc. The WiFi is limited to 400GB per month which is great for a long stay - in addition, it's a portable router so it's pretty convenient to take it with you to access WiFi everywhere in Japan.
The apartment felt authentic Japanese and it's equipped with everything one may need. For security, there is a police station nearby.
The apartment wasn't as clean as we wished it was. The humidity in the whole thing is very high and we found it very hard to get the towels & the bathroom dry again...the air conditioner did nothing in that regard. Due to this, there is mold in many places and the loft mattress was in a very very bad condition.
