Ótima localização! Perto de tudo, farmácia, loja de conveniência, ponto de ônibus, estação de metrô, lavanderia… Super limpo e organizado. Recomendo a todos 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This property was very clean, there was two pots to cook a small stove you can plug in , and there was dishes to use such as plates cups,mugs, spoons, and forks. There was even a small fridge that was very useful to store our groceries. The bed sizing was perfect for 3people 2 on the big bed and 1 person on the other bed. The location was very close to Ikebukuro station which made commuting very easy especially since it was our first time using Japans public transportation. There is also a 711 less than 4minutes walk away and many good cheap restaurants close by. The owner was very kind and helpful and helped us with every question we had. The owner answered very fast which was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

There’s nothing to complain about specifically on this location. But beware there is no washing machine in the property for guests but within the neighborhood there are many cheap laundry rooms!

Located in a quiet and nice neighborhood near Ikebukuru Station (15 min. walk). There you find tons of shopping options, restaurants and several subway- and JR lines. There are also restaurants and combinis very close to the place. The room was clean and the beds very comfy.

The bed is amazingly comfy. Everything is pretty much complete.

The toilet clogged as well as the shower drainage.
