とても清潔感があったこと
無人チェックイン・アウトのため長期滞在に適していること
洗濯用洗剤等を完備していること
ホストから丁寧な説明があったこと
香りなどにも気を配られていたこと
宿泊者の民度が良かったこと
少し駅から遠いい気持ちもありましたが、歩けることや周りにたくさんのお店がありそこまで気になりませんでした。
また、衛生上の配慮かと存じますが歯ブラシは完備していなかったものの、近くにコンビニエンスストアがあったためそれほど困りませんでした。

O bairro é excelente, com muitas opções de lojas e restaurantes locais. Fica a 15min da estação de metrô. O quarto estava bem limpo, é bem equipado e muito confortável.

The apartment has enough space and equipment to allow a very comfortable stay. It is a 10 minute walk from two different big stations, which allows for incredibly convenient transfer. The customer service is exceptional! Big thanks to Koji for making our Tokyo visit such a good one.
