7-minute walk from Otsuka Station,Yamanote Line 3-person Shared garden

It is clean and nice. The host was kind and polite.

The room is small for us but its ok for the price we paid.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist top. Ikebukuro hat uns in ganz Tokio am besten gefallen und fußläufig zu erreichen. Hier waren wir auch ab und zu Karaoke singen und haben uns mit ein paar Einheimischen angefreundet. Die Gegend der Unterkunft selbst ist sehr ruhig und malerisch. Das Personal ist auch super nett. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und cozy. Nur ein bisschen klein, aber das kennt man ja in Japan, daher würde ich hier nichts abziehen. Die Dusche im Raum ist interessant, hat und aber nicht eingeschränkt. Die Terasse draußen ist super um hin und wieder Abends das Conbini Essen zu genießen. Wir würden es zu 100% wieder buchen. Für Leute die zu viel Luxus erwarten wäre es nichts.

The room was cozy but a bit cramped. The beds were great and super comfy. The shower was nice. There were a decent amount of plug sockets, and the kettle was used frequently. Despite the negatives, we really enjoyed our stay here and would visit again.

The washing machine being outside in all weather meant that the labels were peeling, so instructions were hard to understand. The washing was getting leaked on by the rain, and there was nowhere to hang laundry inside in bad weather. The microwave didn't work and and when they promised to check it out, they never showed. When the tenants upstairs were heavy footed, the lights would flicker, and the chandelier looked like it was hanging precariously off the roof.
