Near the station and a convenience store
The heater didn’t work on my stay. There is a smell in the kitchen sink and there is no lift.

despite all the negative reviews, i dont think the place is not that bad. we stayed for 4 nights, yes the building is quite old, but its not something you can complain for the price. the location is great, near ikebukuro station, family mart is only one minute away, and you can find good restaurants nearby. one thing i appreciate the most is how the host is being super helpful and accomodating during our stay. once we asked on how to set the AC to be a heater, and he immediately come to check if its working, at 11pm. he also making sure that everyone can connect to the wifi. overall i would say for the value of money, this place is good considering the location and all

The location was quite convenient.
There was no lift, toilet seat was quite small, there was a crack in roof, and cloth hanger was almost broken.
