It is quite close to the Ikebukuro station. The owner responded quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. Check-in and check-out was simple. The decoration was quite cute too.

The location is very good. Ikeburuo train station and shops and restaurants are within 10 mins walk. There are also the airport bus pick up and drop off nearby. The check in procedure is clear and easy to follow.
The WiFi was frustrating and not quite able to be shared with three devices. Sometimes it didn’t work smoothly even with one device.
There was a smell throughout the whole property when entering.
Coffee and tea were not in small packets but as powder in bottles.
Disposable cultery were provided instead of non disposable ones.
