地理位置距離池袋站走路只要8分鐘，樓下就是超市，旁邊也有多間超商和超市，買東西不用愁。民宿空間大，有兩個房間，餐廳廚具一應俱全，廁所有浴缸還有洗衣機，是溫馨舒適的住宿。
民宿可能年代較久，出水的裝置是冷熱各一個水龍頭，水量和溫度比較難控制，門窗隔音不是太好，有些小地方損壞沒有修復，而且要提醒大家，這間沒有電視啊，要自行準備其他娛樂的備案。

Location super convenient to shops and easy walk to Ikebukuro station
A bit noisy, units feel a bit jail like with metal doors. Not flexible with luggage drop off before check in time even through office is in the same building.

Location was good, less than 10 min walk from Ikebukuro St West/North exit. Good size apartment for a family of 3 and comfortable probably for up to 5 people. Washing machine but no dryer.
The apartment is quite tired but this would have been OK if it was clean. However, it wasn't and everything needed a good scrub and lick of paint. Also, earliest checkin time was 15:00. This was notified and confirmed by host but when we arrived they were still cleaning and had to return at 16:00. Not ideal when planning our day around this timings.

"Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, next to 2 supermarkets, 10 min walking to the ikebukuro station, umbrellas provided. We were 4 people and it was very comfortable."
