    Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The place was comfortable and well-maintained, and I enjoyed my time here. There was only a small issue with an unpleasant smell that seemed to come from the sink. In addition, communication with the owner was a bit difficult, as I was unable to reach them during my stay. I eventually had to ask a local person passing by the apartment to help contact the owner for me. Aside from these issues, everything else was great, and I appreciate the stay.

    Had a problem when checking in. While they endorse contactless check in, they didn't give the pin number to access the key to our room. We had to wait around half an hour before another tenant came and help us make a call to the customer service. We cannot do a call since we don't have japanese phone number as it is needed to make the call. I've tried messaging through agoda message feature but no response. While my stay there was very pleasant, my only concern was the check-in system.

    Cool concept, but aside from the manga collection, the price is too high for no cleaning service and no laundry dryer. It is not a "serviced apartment." You can get a better furnished apartment for less, also without service. The internet way too unreliable for when I have to work, and it always disconnects. The desk is also very dangerously unstable.
