I didnt have to climb stairs to get to the unit. The check in instructions were fairly clear and simple.
Its advertised to fit 6 people!!! There were only 3 of us occupying the space and it was least comfortable. We had no space to open our luggage conveniently. There were no place to hang clothes, jacket or towel. The bathroom/toilet was too tiny. This unit should only accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
