優點👍：
1.有洗衣機，陽台可晒衣服，衣架也很足夠。
2.冷氣夠冷，夏天入住很舒服。
3.空間足夠，可以打開2個28吋行李箱。
4.有廚房、廚具、碗盤和筷子，但我沒有使用。
5.距離池袋車站還算近，女生走路15分鐘可抵達。
6.附近有3個超市，購買東西很方便。
7.民宿主人很細心，入住和退房前都會發訊息叮嚀一些事項。
缺點：
1.房內有下水道味道，可能是因為洗衣機放在房內。冷氣開一陣子之後，味道會變淡，也可能是因為鼻子習慣了😅
2.浴室熱水比較難調整溫度，為了怕燙傷，我會洗得溫度低一些。
3.建議廚房玄關處可以再釘上幾個掛勾，以方便懸掛毛巾或外套。

洗濯機があるのはよかったが、排水の匂いがきつかった。
施設としては、全く問題なかったが、テレビがあればなお良かった。

Good security and the location is great. The room was clean. Having a washing machine in the room is nice. The amenities were plentiful. It was comfortable because I could do laundry.
