Great value for money. Exceptionally clean, very good size great space for our family of 3. Good location with access to trains and nearby sunshine city. Host was responsive to needs. Nice touches with toiletries and water bottles on arrival. Washing machine was great to be able to do a wash half way along in our trip. Very easy checkin and out.
Road noise. Was a bit hard to find. It's the apartment entrance on the left side of the pharmacy. Curtains don't close. One bed was not usable as it was very squeaky. Not enough pillows.

The Location was perfect! Both Otsuka and Ikebukuro stations 10mins vicinity and on the Yamanote line also under multiple convenience and drug store, perfect for tokyo . The accomodation is clearly well kept and has all facilities needed.
Bed can be loud when moving and a-lot of traffic on the highway at night can wake you up, but is bearable. And the shower light is temperamental.

冷蔵庫の中が臭かった。夜、何度もパトカー、救急車、バイクが走ってうるさかった。
