Mori house ookubobiru

For our needs—as travelers who use a room primarily for sleeping—it was perfect: clean and equipped with everything necessary. Furthermore, its location was strategically ideal, just 10 minutes from the station; along that route, you can find a wide variety of dining options, so there’s no need to travel far to get a meal. However, for travelers who prefer to spend more time inside their room, it might not be the best choice, as the space is quite limited. The only downside was the lack of adequate lighting—though this is something the host could easily fix. Overall, it is definitely a place I would recommend.

We really liked the location. Everything we needed during our stay was nearby – shops, a bakery, fresh vegetables, as well as laundry and drying facilities. A major advantage was the proximity to Akabane Station, which is an excellent transport hub and made it very easy to travel around Tokyo and take trips outside the city.

The room is on the smaller side and the stairs are quite narrow, but both are fairly typical for Japan. For us – one adult and two children – the accommodation was completely sufficient and we had everything we needed.

Accomodatiom had everything we needed in terms of appliences, air con and wifi. Place was clean and well kept, everything worked just fine. Host comunicated very well and in a timely manner

Place felt a bit small for 3 poeple. Would be nice if the big bed had two duvets or an extra blanket

I liked the location of the hotel. The sheets were nice and soft. Having an iron was also a positive. The negatives outweigh the positives.

The thing I disliked the most was that I couldn’t get into my room because the lock was broken. What was even more frustrating was that the person I was messaging with at the time did not seem to take the situation seriously, despite the stress it caused me. The room was very small. It was generally clean, but some areas were not. The bathroom was old. There was only one slipper provided for two people, and even the slippers were incorrect — both were for the same foot. I also found two hairs in the egg tray of the refrigerator. The beds were uncomfortable Overall, there was a sense of carelessness in many aspects. Nevertheless, thank you
