My six nights in Tokyo were very comfortable. The room was new and very clean. Although the room wasn't large, it was fully equipped with daily necessities, brightly lit with a warm atmosphere, and even included hair iron and stationery.
The host was also very attentive and responsive, providing information on nearby restaurants.
The location was fantastic, close to the Metro and next to a supermarket, making cooking very convenient.
The only downside was the lack of an elevator. Since I was staying on the top floor, carrying my luggage was a bit difficult. Also, taller people might bump their heads or feet when showering or sleeping; it would be better to ask the host beforehand. Luckily, my travel companion and I aren't too tall, so we had a very comfortable stay.
