The room was clean and quiet. 7-11 close by and 2 different railways within 15 minute walk. Nice shower, great bidet and a little convection oven.
Nothing worth complaining about.

I think I was lucky to find this place. I had never been to the area and I really liked it. It is a silent and cool place. Feels like another city. Transport is relatively easy to find. In terms of cost-effectiveness that's the best place I've secured in Tokyo and it was clean and just as described.
Some other reviews mention that walls are think and you can hear from other rooms, I confirm but this was not a problem for me (it was a Saturday, maybe a weekday is louder, not sure. I could not locate the bins (but there was one in my room for general waste) I could only find one mug
