This is our second stay at Maison Rivage - it's a solid little apartment in a peaceful safe neighbourhood that connects to Ikebukuro. Everything you need, like a Japanese home, no frills. The owner is LOVELY.
Nothing - if you want good private accommodation in an everyday neighbourhood it's absolutely perfect.

I liked that this property felt a lot like a home away from home. Everything was impeccably clean. Host was very helpful, sent me a video with clear directions from the station. Would absolutely stay again if I'm ever in the area!!
