Location was amazing, same as space.

We received a very last minute message saying the room we originally booked was damaged and they needed to upgrade us - this was done quickly, and they were happy to answer all of my questions. The upgraded room was in the same building, on the same floor. The location was great, very easy walk to Shinjuku, Okubo and Shin Okubo stations. The beds were comfortable, the washing machine worked well, and the shower was good. Some of the furniture was nice but far too big for the space, ultimately making the kitchen / living area non-functional.

Rooms were very crowded - table was far too large for the living space making it difficult to move around in, and the beds took up almost all of the floor space in the bedrooms. Sheets were not very clean and appeared almost slept in. The curtains do not do a good job of blocking out the light from the outside walkway - this was irritating as there are very bright lights on in the walkway all the time, and no way of turning them off.
