The location is great, a ten-minute walk to Okubo Station and only one stop away from Shinjuku. The host was quick to respond to messages. Self check-in and key pickup were also very convenient.
There was a cockroach on the front door, so it seems the door isn't sealed properly. Fortunately, the bug didn't crawl into the room. The room is not as large as it looks in the pictures; it is probably better suited for two people. It wasn't very convenient for the four of us with our large suitcases.

外観は古いアパートですが内装はとってもきれいで広いです！
各部屋、寝具、クローゼット、お風呂場、トイレ、キッチン器具等清潔にお掃除が行き届いていました。バスタオルやタオル、備品、家電も一通り揃っていて宿泊するにあたり困らなかったですし、何より騒音もなく静かでした！
親子３人に対しベット数が２台でしたが、２人で使用してもベットは寝心地が良く朝までぐっすり眠れました！
近くにはコンビニやスーパーもあります。新大久保から少し離れていますが苦にならない距離です！
次回も利用したいと思います
玄関の鍵とチェーンロックの２つありましたが チェーンの長さが短くロックができない状態でした (^^;💦
あと洗面所とお風呂場の排水管が詰まっていたので 排水に時間が掛かりちょっと使いずらかったです
部屋着と歯ブラシは置いてなかったような!?・・・ので持参した方が良いです！

部屋には洗濯機、洗剤
キッチンの物一式揃ってる
これは家です。
何も不自由なかったです。
ベットがフッカフカ最高！！
下水の臭いが。。。
お風呂が特に臭かった。。。
