-Green Heights D- Within walking distance of Shin-Okubo Station

Good location, relatively comfortable, not bad price

A little tight for three of us although two couples would be fine. Nothing really to gripe about

Location is quite convienient being at a walking distance to the station. The station is the 3rd from Shinjuku (one of the main station). Bedroom was small but still 4 of us could sleep comfortably. Spacious wardrobe to put clothes and bags.

Bathroom. The whole bathroom is a bit bad experience. There was a tub-like thing that you can use with the shower and the water goes through the floor to drain. It was functional but not great to use. Within the available space it can still be heavily improved with a proper shower cubicle. Also, not a single place to put your towel or clothes in the bathroom. No hook or a rail anywhere. Also, no mirror anywhere in the property. My husband had to use the phone to shave and I had to use a reflection on a kitchen wall to put a bit of makeup/cream. Surely the owner can install few hooks to hang the towels and also a mirror or two on the walls.
