It have wifi, good for multi racial socialization, private toilet, near the station, keeps a good budget per room, the price being less than 10k perfect, that will be my choice again as long as it keeps the price, it have call with English assistance.
Do not use the wood plate, it have mold, open the windows and turn on the cooler, the room do have strong scent of cleaning products mixed with mold scent but once you properly ventilate the air it gets better, it doesn't have a daiso tooth brush with tooth paste, sleeper and ear cleaning buds, and paper cups and paper plates with wood hashi.

I liked that I had a bathroom shower sink and stove and laundry on site
The washer dryer would cause a power surge and were unusable until staff flipped breakers but it got handled every morning
