新宿安靜の家-A quiet home in Shinjuku - a 26 square meter double bed room that feels like home

La posizione era buona a 15 minuti a piedi da Shinjuku e ben collegata con le linee metropolitane. Il prezzo era molto buono. La cosa migliore in assoluto è stata la simpatia, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario. Devo ammettere che non era tutto perfetto, ma se non fosse stato per il proprietario non avrei potuto dare il massimo voto: ci ha fatto tantissimi favori: si è preso cura delle nostre valigie che avevamo spedito da un'altra città, ci ha tenuto le valigie in custodia per molte ore dopo il check-out e ci è venuto a prendere alla vicina stazione di Shin-Okubo. In tanti viaggi non ho mai ricevuta tanta calorosa accoglienza.

Purtroppo la pulizia dell'appartamento non era al massimo. Il proprietario dovrebbe rimproverare chi si occupa delle pulizie. Inoltre la camera dove dormivamo (206) aveva delle tende molto sottili ed era impossibile dormire senza la mascherina sugli occhi a causa della troppa luce.

The host was incredibly kind and generous, he replied to messages straight away, offered to pick us up and drop us to the train station upon our arrival and for our departure. He explained the facilities in the room so clearly and the room was so functional and clean. An amazing location with public transportation within walking distance. 10/10 recommend booking and staying here!

Excellent location. Just 5 minutes walk to train station, lots of restaurants close by yet set on a very quiet street which felt very safe- perfect for a great nights sleep. Had everything we needed and more. A very very nice owner who was friendly and kind.
