新宿安靜の家-A quiet home in Shinjuku - a 26 square meter double bed room that feels like home

This apartment is a gem in Tokyo. The host is so unbelievable kind and helpful, and the apartment has everything that makes you really feel home. Small kitchen, quite full equipped. The bed is nice and comfortable. The nearby is quite silent, but still has everything there (2 train stations with Yamanote line are in about 10-15min walk). I never had to use any earplugs because of street larm, not even because of neighbors next to me. You have wash machine, dryer, without extra charge. And on the watertap a purifier, that makes the water really tasty. I can say that the owner really cares so much about that you feel good. Such a unique man. I really miss the time I spent there. It was so nice. I have to write here that the apartment gives you top service, but the furniture is sometimes not the newest one. I think it is a good to know if such a thing is important for someone. Just to avoid unnecessary frustration.

La posizione era buona a 15 minuti a piedi da Shinjuku e ben collegata con le linee metropolitane. Il prezzo era molto buono. La cosa migliore in assoluto è stata la simpatia, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario. Devo ammettere che non era tutto perfetto, ma se non fosse stato per il proprietario non avrei potuto dare il massimo voto: ci ha fatto tantissimi favori: si è preso cura delle nostre valigie che avevamo spedito da un'altra città, ci ha tenuto le valigie in custodia per molte ore dopo il check-out e ci è venuto a prendere alla vicina stazione di Shin-Okubo. In tanti viaggi non ho mai ricevuta tanta calorosa accoglienza.

Purtroppo la pulizia dell'appartamento non era al massimo. Il proprietario dovrebbe rimproverare chi si occupa delle pulizie. Inoltre la camera dove dormivamo (206) aveva delle tende molto sottili ed era impossibile dormire senza la mascherina sugli occhi a causa della troppa luce.

The host was incredibly kind and generous, he replied to messages straight away, offered to pick us up and drop us to the train station upon our arrival and for our departure. He explained the facilities in the room so clearly and the room was so functional and clean. An amazing location with public transportation within walking distance. 10/10 recommend booking and staying here!

La escasez de espacio para las maletas y para comer. La limpieza de la zona de la cocina (campana, implementos, infestación de hormigas, paredes sucias incluyendo la del baño con manchas oscuras)
